NoteDeadlines are highly changeable. This page deliberately gives no universal dates; the current official source is binding.
Find the right source
A deadline becomes reliable only when confirmed on the official page for the specific programme. Also verify the correct intake, applicant status and application route.
- programme name and qualification
- starting term or intake
- EU/non-EU or national applicant category
- direct application, central portal or intermediary
- receipt deadline or sending date
A simple deadline tracker
| Field | Example content |
|---|---|
| Programme | Name, institution, official page link |
| Official deadline | Date, time, time zone |
| Internal deadline | Several days earlier for checking and technology |
| Open items | Test, reference, translation, portfolio |
| Status | researched, in progress, checked, submitted |
Avoid common deadline errors
- Never reuse a date from an old overview without reopening the source.
- Do not request references or test reports on the final day.
- Allow for portal maintenance, upload limits and time zones.
- Save a confirmation after submission.
- Track decision, enrolment and payment deadlines separately.
The official deadline is a poor personal submission target. Set an earlier internal date.
